When I send a plan, I usually finish the email the same way: “You can consider with your friends first. Or you have any suggestions, it’s ok for me too.” That is how it works.
Every trip on this site started as a guest’s request. One family asked me to organise their son’s tenth birthday at an elephant sanctuary. A couple from New Zealand wanted a zipline, two temples, the umbrella village and four craft factories in one day, and we did it between half past seven and five. Others want a driver for a week and a plan that changes every evening. Tell me what you have in mind.

Send me a WhatsApp message with your dates, how many you are, and what you would like to see or do. If you have no idea yet, tell me what you enjoy and I will suggest something.
I reply with a route, timings and one price for the van. I also tell you what does not fit in a day. Some guests want the White Temple and Doi Inthanon on the same day, and that is not a good idea.
Change anything you like and I send a new plan.
I am at your hotel at the agreed time. If you change your mind during the day, we change the plan.
Many guests book me for three to six days and mix my day trips with their own ideas. It is cheaper per day than booking day by day, and you don't have to explain yourself again each morning.
For airport transfers, send me your flight number. I check the arrival time before I leave.
